EU Shipping Update

How much does shipping cost?

What are your delivery timeframes?

All orders are sent via Australia Post International & DHL You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked directly with Australia Post International & DHL where a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Does Lorna Jane pay import tax and duties?

The shipping cost covers transport only and does not include import or export duties that may be applied by your destination country’s government for delivery and returns. If these duties are refused, your parcel may be destroyed without a refund. If refused duties result in your parcel being returned to Lorna Jane, all return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from your refund. Lorna Jane is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or return shipping that may apply in the destination country. For orders with a Singapore delivery address over $400.00 SGD, Lorna Jane will cover the import taxes.
