How do I redeem a Gift Card online?

At the checkout under Payment Method, enter the Gift Card number and pin and select ‘Apply’. The payment will then apply. Please note, if splitting payments, pay with the Gift Card first ensuring the total balance has deducted before entering an alternative payment method.

How do I check the balance on a Gift Card?

You can check the Gift Card balance on the Gift Cards page. If your Gift Card has more than a 4 digit pin, please only enter the first 4 digits when checking the balance. However, at the checkout please enter all digits

Can I redeem multiple Gift Cards?

You can redeem multiple Lorna Jane Gift Cards in a single transaction online by entering each Gift Card number and pin at checkout. You can redeem only 1 Blackhawk Gift Card per transaction. You can redeem only 1 Ultimate Gift Card for Her per transaction, as it is treated like a credit card during checkout.

My order went through and my Gift Card did not apply.

We recommend ensuring the total balance has deducted before entering an alternative payment method as once an order has been placed we cannot amend the payment method against that order.

My Gift Card has expired can I have an extension?

Lorna Jane Gift Cards have a 3 year validity and cannot be extended past the expiration date printed on the back of the card. If the Gift Card has expired, it is no longer redeemable.

Can I redeem my Gift Card in store?

Absolutely, you can redeem your Lorna Jane Gift Card both in store and online. Simply present your Gift Card at the register when shopping in store.

Can I have a refund on a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are not refundable. Please see our Gift Card policy.

What if I can't find my Gift Card details?

We recommend connecting with Customer Care via Live Chat for support in locating your Gift Card details.

I have entered the incorrect recipient email

Once an order is placed, we cannot amend the recipient email against the order. However, you can connect with our Customer Care team via Live Chat for support in resending this Gift Card to the correct recipient email.

Can I change the currency on my Gift Card?

Please reach out to our Customer Care team via Live Chat for support with changing the currency against your Gift Card.

I have not received my Digital Gift Card.

We ask to allow up to 24 hours for the Gift Card to be generated and sent to the recipient's email. We recommend checking all inboxes including Junk and Spam for this Gift Card.
