When you choose PayPal as a payment method, Lorna Jane passes on the shipping address for validation. The address for shipping must match the address for payment on your PayPal account to process successfully. This is to ensure your security and minimise fraudulent transactions.
The promotional code must be entered in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout, then click 'go'. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. We have an extended Christmas Sales Policy for 2018. Afterpay is simply a payment method like a credit card or Paypal. Simply shop on lornajane.com and checkout choosing ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay first and provide payment details (like a Visa or Mastercard). If you have used Afterpay before, you simply log in to your account and follow the prompts. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on lornajane.com. Afterpay cannot be used as a form of payment in any of our USA Lorna Jane stores.
Afterpay is only available to customers with a USA billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every two weeks in equal installments from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your schedule pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. Afterpay will adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
Please contact Afterpay direct. If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay, and an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees can be applied up to three times for three missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.
