If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by Lorna Jane. Lorna Jane will only request account information in response to your queries via email or phone, or when there are uncertainties about an order you have placed. We will never ask for bank details by email outside of these circumstances. Please do not respond to such requests. When we ask for personal data in an email we will always ask you to contact our Customer Service Team during open hours.

Orders for the USA, Americas and Canada can be placed online at www.lornajane.com, or by contacting Customer Service during open hours. You must be 13 years old or over; and be able to provide a physical address for delivery (as we do not deliver to PO boxes). .

If you know a product code or name, you can quickly find it by typing the information in the search bar. If you saw the product in a catalogue and cannot find it online, it may not have been released. If you would like to know the availability of a product we recommend contacting Customer Service during open hours.

When you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping bag" to place your order. Price, estimated tax, applicable discounts and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout. You can create an account (recommended) or check out as a guest. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.

If you have received a promotional offer from Lorna Jane, enter the provided code at cart prior to checking to out.

If your order has not yet been dispatched cancelations or edits can be made by contacting our Customer Service Team during business hours.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise online the availability of a product in a local store, however our friendly Customer Service Team can source this information or alternatively you can contact your local store directly. To find a local store visit our store finder page here.

Once your order has been dispatched it is scanned in by the carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order through the UPS website. If you do not receive a tracking number please email customerservice@lornajane.com.

Lorna Jane accepts payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Lorna Jane USA Gift Cards.

A combination of gift card/s and credit cards can be used when checking out, however split credit card payments may not be made.

Absolutely, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information and additionally, for your safety and protection, we do not store any cardholder account data.

You are welcome to exchange or return items purchased online provided that four conditions are met:

Proof of purchase is provided
Items are unworn and in their original condition with hang tags attached
Items are returned within 21 days of receiving your order
Items were not purchased from our “Sale” section

Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and if deemed so a replacement will be shipped where possible subject to stock. If you wish to return an item complete the Returns and Exchange Form on the back of your invoice and post it and your item(s) to:

Unfortunately Lorna Jane does not provide free return shipping unless on the rare occasion a product is deemed faulty by our Quality Assurance Team. If you are returning a product that you believe to be faulty please provide the receipt for postage in the package. Lorna Jane USA Inc. does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Unfortunately Lorna Jane will only refund the original postage cost if on the rare occasion a product is deemed faulty by our Quality Assurance Team.

You are welcome to exchange your online order in a Lorna Jane USA mainland store, however unfortunately the team cannot process a return for you in store.

A flat rate of $10 applies to orders being shipped to addresses within the USA. Free shipping applies on orders over the value of $100 being shipped within the USA. Shipping rates for international orders will be charged a flat rate dependent on the provided destination postal code. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any customs delays, duties or import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

We use UPS for all USA and international addresses including Canada and Mexico. Orders will be received within 3-10 business days.

Lorna Jane ships to most destinations around the world via UPS. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu.
