"It was broken when I tried using it the first time. Not happy. Sent photos and they wouldn’t replace it when me sending mine back. That means I’ll be without a bag. I have brought a expensive lunch bag $100 and it broke after a few uses and they were more then happy to replace it but I didn’t expect it just wanted to let them know. I’m not happy with this at all. Won’t be buying off them again."
