We use UPS to deliver your order and offer shipping options for delivery when shopping with us on www.lornajane.com. 

FREE SHIPPING  with purchases $150 or more– Standard Domestic Delivery
From dispatch – delivery within 3-10 Business Days

$10 – Standard Domestic Delivery with purchases under $150
From dispatch – delivery within 3-10 Business Days

$20 – Three Day Select Express
From dispatch – delivery within 2-3 Business Days

$30 – Next Day Air Saver Priority
From dispatch, delivery by the next Business Day

You can choose your shipping method at the Checkout. Please use a street address in your order as UPS does not deliver to Private Mail Box (PMB), Military Base or PO Box addresses.


INTERNATIONAL

If you are ordering on our USA site but sending to an international address, please note that shipping charges are $35 to send to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico and $75 to send to the rest of the world. You may also incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. Orders over $300 USD will require a signature on delivery. Orders under $300 USD will be delivered without requiring a signature. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Lorna Jane orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Lorna Jane does not offer free return shipping. We recommend you use a shipping method whereby you can track your parcel. Alternatively, you can exchange or credit (no refunds) your items in our Lorna Jane USA Retail stores. Please see our Returns/Exchanges page for more information
