Orders with a USA delivery address are sent via UPS for a charge of $10 per parcel. All orders over $150 (before tax) with a delivery location within the USA will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process.
Please use a street address in your order as UPS does not deliver to Private Mail Box (PMB), Military Base or PO Box addresses.
You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-10 business days from dispatch.
If you are ordering on our USA site but sending to an international address, please note that shipping charges are $35 to send to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico and $75 to send to the rest of the world.
You may also incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country.

Luxe Athletic orders will be shipped from our Australian warehouse. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. Please note, your shipping charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country (outside of Australia). Lorna Jane does not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply (and be payable) in the destination country. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any questions prior to ordering.
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. Orders over $300 USD will require a signature on delivery. Orders under $300 USD will be delivered without requiring a signature. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.
All Lorna Jane orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
