HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:
Full priced merchandise purchased between 11/24/16 - 12/25/16 is eligible for our extended holiday exchange and returns period until 01/13/17. Proof of purchase is required. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Lorna Jane does not provide refunds in store unless a garment or item is considered faulty. Refunds on full priced merchandise purchased online must satisfy the returns policy requirements as below and can ONLY be serviced by customer service. All marked down sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We hope you love your Lorna Jane garment just as much as we loved creating it for you. Whilst our team are on hand to assist with your selection, ultimately the decision on size and style is up to the customer. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When this happens, this is our commitment to you.
At Lorna Jane we understand selecting the right style and size online can be tricky. We welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 21 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labelling is intact and items are returned in unworn and original condition. Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, repair or exchange. Subject to any rights you may have at law, refunds can be issued on purchases made online on lornajane.com only. Refunds are not provided in Lorna Jane retail stores for items purchased online on lornajane.com. You may exchange items purchased on lornajane.com in any Lorna Jane retail stores.
We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling fees. We highly recommend all returns are sent with tracking information. Regretfully, we are not liable for return packages lost in transit.
Lorna Jane gift card purchases are not redeemable for cash. Promotional gifts with purchase are not redeemable for an exchange, credit or refund. Should you return your entire order, any and all promotional gift items must be included with your return.
Sale items purchased from Lorna Jane are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the interest of hygiene and due to health regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimates at any time unless the garment is considered faulty.

- Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- Customers are required to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns with tracking.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
Provided all store swing tags are intact, the item is unworn and in original condition, and satisfactory proof of purchase can be produced, e.g. receipt, Lorna Jane will happily offer an exchange for your item returned within 21 days of purchase.
In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. Multi-buy offers cannot be exchanged as separate garments. They also cannot be included with any other discount or offer. Lorna Jane does not provide refunds unless a garment or item is considered faulty, or where otherwise required by law, and proof of purchase is provided.
Subject to any rights you may have at law, any garment sold with a defect that is clearly stated on label is not available for exchange or refund, and seconds/sample stock are not refundable. Sale items and intimates purchased from Lorna Jane are considered final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are not provided in Lorna Jane retail stores for items purchased online.
Lorna Jane gift card purchases are not redeemable for cash; and cash will not be given for unused balances, except for where state law applies.
Please note that only items purchased from lornajane.com are subject to these purchase terms and conditions. Products purchased from our Mexico Lorna Jane Licensee store is subject to only their returns and exchanges policies; and cannot be returned to a Lorna Jane USA mainland store or Lorna Jane Home Office.
All offers/promotions are one time only and not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offers/Promotions are applicable at time of purchase only.
Gift with Purchase: Gifts with purchase are subject to availability. Subject to any rights you may have at law, they cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gifts with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase.
In the event of a return, all gifts with purchase or other bonus items must also returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as set out above.
2 for $X Promotion: Products included in a 2 for $X amount promotion can be exchanged for a different size or colour from the same product range originally offered in the promotion. This is subject to all other Terms and Conditions in this policy and all criteria must be met.
Should you wish to return for a refund (online only), or obtain a credit note, for one of the products purchased in a 2 for $X amount promotion, a refund (online only) or credit note then voids qualification for this promotion and as such, the full value of the product you wish to keep must be paid for in full. This amount will be deducted from the credit note or refund balance at point of issue.
Notes: In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear (unless faulty) where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on LJ intimates, unless faulty.
