Q: Do you offer benefits?
A: Yes - for all full-time positions. We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as paid vacation and sick. 

Q: Is there career progression at Lorna Jane? 
A: At Lorna Jane we pride ourselves on the development of our people. Career progression is based on the individual’s performance and career aspirations. As a guide, we would expect progression to happen after at least 12 months in a role depending upon available opportunities.

Q: Should I still apply for a store position if I do not have retail experience?
A: Retail experience is preferred but not essential for all positions. Please read the job posting carefully when applying to ensure you have the required experience and skill set for the role.

Q: How soon should I hear a response from my application?
A: We try to review applications as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 3 weeks after applying before you receive a response. We will contact you either via telephone or via email to advise the outcome of your application. Please note that we do not provide immediate feedback for an Expression of Interest, as the recruitment process will not commence until a suitable position becomes available.
