We know you are going to love your new Lorna Jane activewear. We stand behind our industry leading designs and their high quality. Lorna Jane strives to ensure you are satisfied with all of our products. If something isn't quite right, let us know. 

Items purchased between the 11/13/14 - 12/24/14 are eligible for our extended Christmas Exchange/ Return period until 01/11/15. The Lorna Jane return or exchange policy applies.

Online Returns

We know you will be as passionate about Lorna Jane products as we are. However, we understand sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly honor a return or exchange on full priced products.

Full priced products purchased from can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of purchase. All merchandise must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All garments are subject to inspection. We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. 

To avoid delays with your Exchange or Refund, all returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling fees. We highly recommend all returns are sent with tracking information. Regretfully, we are not liable for return packages lost in transit. 

Lorna Jane gift card purchases are not redeemable for cash. Promotional gifts with purchase are not redeemable for an exchange, credit or refund. Should you return your entire order, any and all promotional gift items must be included with your return.

All INTIMATES and SALE items are FINAL SALE. Intimates are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. We accept exchange and online credit on Sale items but no refunds. No Exceptions.

Lorna Jane will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
Customers are required to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Lorna Jane will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns with tracking.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

Instore Returns

In case you change your mind, products purchased from Lorna Jane retail shops can be exchanged within 21 days with the original receipt with all store labelling in tact. 

We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn, and unaltered to quality for exchange unless it is found to be defective. In the interests of hygiene we may refuse to return any swimwear or other intimate garment.

In the event there is no suitable items for an exchange, a store credit note will be issued. Clearance items purchased from a factory outlet store can only be returned to a factory outlet store.

Lorna Jane promotional gifts with purchase are not redeemable for an exchange, credit or refund. Should you return items purchased to qualify for a gift with purchase & chose to return any of your purchased goods, the gift with purchase item must also be returned.

Sale items & Lorna Jane Intimates are final sale & cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

Lorna Jane gift card purchases are not redeemable for cash.

We cannot currently process exchanges for merchandise purchased at These items must be returned by post/courier to the Lorna Jane USA head offices.

Gift with purchase or promotional items

Should you qualify for a free Gift With Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements, however choose to return your entire purchase for a full refund, the free Gift With Purchase must also be returned. The Gift With Purchase must be returned in its original saleable condition; sealed, all tickets attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If the free Gift With Purchase is not enclosed with your return, the retail value of the Gift With Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. 

If you wish to keep your free Gift With Purchase, however choose to exchange your purchased items at a later date, an online credit will be issued so you may keep your free gift at no cost. There is no warranty or exchange on Gift With Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.

Any Lorna Jane Uniquely product purchase is subject to the standard “Purchase” and “Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions” and can be exchanged in any United States Lorna Jane Retail Store or by contacting for 1800 469 3897.
