We believe this is the best profit sharing program in Retail today, and we are confident that D.P.S. will change the mindset surrounding work in the retail industry, elevating Lorna Jane from simply employing, to making retail sales at Lorna Jane a highly sought after career option.

How is DPS different?


DPS is designed to create a more dynamic working environment relating higher standards of performance to higher levels of income. The system uniquely offers two stages of profit sharing, calculated on a monthly basis.


Stage 1. Break-even Bonus - This is the point at which your store has taken enough in sales to cover it’s costs for that month. Obviously Break-even is the bare essential required for any profitable business. Every dollar over Break-even is Profit and with DPS, a percentage of this profit will go to those who worked hard to get there. The greater the profit, the more money everyone earns.


Stage 2. Budget Double Bonus - This is the pre-set monthly target that reflects the expectations and benchmarks for your store performance. Achieving budget is achieving business growth, and the reward for getting to this point is doubling your bonus. Think about that!! You have been adding to your income every dollar over “Break-even”. Then you hit Budget and literally double your bonus amount!

  • Lorna Jane Gift Vouchers on large sales. When our Team Members reach a sale target per customer sale they receive a Lorna Jane Gift Voucher and their name is up in lights on our intranet for all the stores to see!
